Music as Liturgy

The International Society for Orthodox Church Music is pleased to announce it's 2020 North American Regional Symposium will be organized and held in cooperation with St. Vladimir's Orthodox Theological Seminary in Yonkers, New York.

The event, beginning Wednesday, June 10 and concluding on Sunday, June 14, 2020, will explore the theme of Music as Liturgy, bringing together directors, composers, singers, chanters, readers, hymnographers, musicians, and musicologists from around the globe.

Attendees will have opportunities to sing during liturgical services, participate in workshops and practica, attend rehearsals and enjoy fellowship with other.
